Please take a look at our class descriptions to see which class you think would best suit you. These classes are aimed at different fitness levels: beginner, intermediate and advance; so please ask if you would like some advice.

Current classes available are: pilates, ab attack, spin, fitball, legs bums, circuits, body pump, zumba, junior circuits, ladies boxing, boot camp,and Bourne Amateur Boxing Club.

studio rules and etiquette

  • If you have any medical conditions or have any questions about the class, arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
  • Always collect a studio pass from reception and hand to instructor.
  • We do not want anyone to miss the warm up, so once the class has started we have a `no entry` policy. Try to arrive 5 minutes prior to start time.
  • Switch mobiles off during class or place in a locker.
  • Food is not allowed in the studio.
  • If less than three people attend a class, it will be cancelled.
  • Schedule and instructors are subject to change without prior notice.

pilates (60 minutes) for beginner - advanced

This is a specialist class run by Maxine who has ben a chartered physiotherapist since 1998 and started pilates in 2001. This is a non-impact exercise technique and is suitable for all ages and abilities. If performed on a regular basis it can minimize injury, reduce stress and fatigue. It also improves flexibility, posture, strength and co-ordination. Check timetable.

ab attack (10 minutes) for intermediate - advanced

FREE 10 minute class targeting that stubborn adominal area. This will not only improve core stability and give you a toned tum but will also improve back stability. Check timetable.

spin (30-60 minutes) for beginner - advanced

This class is no cycle in the park. Its tough, its mean and will keep you lean. It is taught to loud heart pumping music to keep you motivated whilst burning between 500-800 calories. This class will only be as hard as you make it, so what are you waiting for? Book into one of our 30 minutes class if you are a spin virgin! Check timetable.

fitball (45 minutes) beginner - advanced

Test your balance, core stability and stamina with this total body workout. Using a Swiss ball, this workout will target all areas though a variety of exercises which will improve tone, strength, cor stability. Check timetable.

legs bums (60 minutes) beginner - advanced

This classic toning class hits stubborn areas from head to toe that a lot of ladies find difficult to tone. Good fun and ideal for all levels. Check timetable.

circuits (45-60 minutes) intermediate - advanced

This old favourite has been around for many years but still is as popular as ever. Hits the whole body, burns calories, increases fitness and is never the same! Check timetable.

body (60 minutes) pump intermediate - advanced

This is the all in one workout combining cardio, muscular endurance and toning! This is performed to loud pumping tunes keeping you motivated and in time with the movements. Using light weights and lots of reps, it targets all areas of the body.Check timetable.

zumba (60 minutes) beginner - advanced

The latest craze to hit the fitness scene. Wiggle, jiggle and giggle your way into shape with this Latin inspired dance aerobic class. Suitable for all levels. Check timetable.

junior circuits (45 minutes)

A circuit class geared towards 11-15 year olds. This is great for those wishing to improve fitness for other sports or just improve fitness. Check timetable.

ladies boxing (60 minutes) beginner - advanced

Right ladies its time to show those men what you're made of. Boxing is not just for boys. This is great for channeling that built up stress from a long week at work whilst having fun and burning calories at the same time. Learn to punch, pump and skip your way to fitness. Check timetable.

boot camp (60 minutes) advanced

Have you got what it takes? Do you have not only the physical but mental ability to take it on. Only the fittest survive. This is a high intense functional training, strength improving and fitness enhancing class. LET'S AV IT! Check timetable.

Bourne Amateur Boxing Club

Welcome to the only boxing club in the area. Head Coach Paul Smith will train and inspire anyone wishing to learn the traditional sport of boxing. Even if you have never boxed before and have often fancied having a go, come along and join in. For ages 10 - 28 years old. Check timetable.
